I'm Jordan Leverette (she/her), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist seeing clients in person in Irvine and Newport Beach and online throughout California. I'm a relational therapist, which is a fancy way of saying the relationship between us is the most important tool we have. You don't have to perform here or show up with the right words. We'll build something warm and real first, and that's what makes it safe to unpack the hard stuff.

You didn't grow up in a vacuum, and your therapy shouldn't pretend you did. Race, class, culture, sexuality, gender, and power all shape how you move through the world, so they're welcome in the room. Through a culturally compassionate, anti-racist lens, we'll look at what's personal and at the bigger forces that have been shaping your story all along.

When talking it through only gets you so far, I bring in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you process what's stuck in your body and get curious about the parts of you that have been working overtime to protect you. And yes, there's room for laughter. Healing doesn't have to be heavy every minute.
